About Anfora

German immigrants fouded Anfora in 1920 in Mexico City, driven by the desire to produce high quality ceramics. In 1995 Anfora moved to Pachuca, where over 900 people operate the most modern ceramic manufacturing facilities in Latin America with over 800,000 square feet.

The annual production surpasses 7.5 million pieces. We use top-of-the-line German kilns and machinery and fire each piece over 2,336° Fahrenheit (100% food-service grade).

We are commited to quality (impact resistance), design (adaptability) and service (delivery times and stock). We export over 60% of our production to chains like Ace Mart, PF-Chang´s and Buca di Beppo.

Steelite International, our exclusive partner in the USA, handles all US customer service, stocking product from Pennsylvania.

Over the last years, Anfora has focused on the institutional market, where durability and delivery times are critical. We can apply logos, bands, borders and enamels starting from 500 pieces.

We produce vitrified porcelain, meaning zero water and bacteria absorption and high impact resistance. Our collections include over 500 designs, from the world’s bestsellers to square, rolled edge, coupe and soft square shapes. Our home-made enamels are an excellent choice for Farm-to-Table applications.

Our industrial design and molding team develops tailored and unique shapes, enamels and designs. Decoration options become endless with different colors and applications: golden, platinum, matte, solid and customized finishes. We present our latest trends in international design fairs, such as Ambiente (Frankfurt) and Design Week (Milan).

We are able to work in the latest design trends from all over the world. We offer tailored solutions to our clients, either in shapes, logos or delivery logistics. You may rest assured with our 100,000 square feet emergency stock.
